Our Community Manager, Sadi, is back again this week to help you get stretched and ready for auditions! She explains in detail and shows you a variety of different Static Stretches you can do to increase your flexibility.
Stretches for Splits Static Stretches are stretches in which you stand, sit or lie still and hold a single position for a period of time.
Remember, you don’t want to do these stretches without getting some cardio or dynamic stretching in first! Stretching on cold muscles can cause injury so be sure to click the link below for a Warm Up in UNDER 6 Minutes you can do before doing these stretches.
