Although our Motivational Series is coming to an end, that doesn’t mean our motivation stops here. In this week’s video, I share tactical tips, tricks and apps that are literally at your fingertips to help you keep on this journey to staying motivated and getting things done!
In the last couple of emails, I’ve been chatting with you about my journey to Going Pro, but honestly, at that time, our phones didn’t have all the fancy apps and features we have today. With the advances in technology, our phones are a huge part of our lives now and there are TONS of ways we can use our phones to stay motivated.

Although our phones are super helpful in many ways, we can NOT allow our phones to be a distraction. There are numerous studies out there that PROVE that we’re becoming addicted to this small piece of technology! Crazy, right? So we want to use them wisely, and I show you just how to do that!
