Have you been told “No”? Have you told yourself you were not good enough or that you con’t get your double turn or full split? Have you told yourself that you can’t lose weight or stick to a healthy meal plan?
We’ve all been there. We’ve all had those moments of self doubt and self defeating thoughts but something that we CAN’T do is tell ourself that we CAN’T! The more negative thoughts and words we tell ourselves, the more we attract that into our lives.
In this week’s video, I go into just how powerful our mind really is and what you need to do to live a happier, more successful life! It’s amazing (yet slightly scary!) how much control our minds have over our lives. That’s why it is so important to always think, say and feel positively and repeat “I can”, “I will” and “I am” affirmations.
“No” does not mean “Never”, it just means “Not right now”! If you think you can’t then you won’t, but if you think you can then you will! What you believe is true, will be!
It’s normal to have those moments of self doubt every once in a while, but it’s what you do after or what you do to change your mindset that matters!
